Devon Mind is a successful and forward-thinking charity helping improve the lives of people with mental health problems in Devon. Services include counselling, psycho-educational courses, support groups, volunteering, coaching, information and training.

We need an Operations Manager who can manage internal HR processes, is experienced in the management of projects, staff, data, and budgets, has excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to liaise with people at all levels. You will need to be confident in building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and be commercially minded, to achieve efficiency and cost effectiveness. You will have an understanding of data interpretation how to use this to measure the impact of our work.

As a member of the senior management team, the Operations Manager will need to work effectively with the Board of Trustees, the CEO, the Financial Controller, and the Business Development Manager to develop strategies, policies and processes for the organisation.
