All of our groups are facilitated by members of staff and assisted by trained volunteers. These groups offer the opportunity to talk to others who know what you are going through in a safe and supportive environment.

Bipolar Support – Every 2nd Thursday 11-12.30pm
Open to all individuals with experience of Bipolar Affective Disorder, either through
personal experience or as a partner, friend, or carer.
Hearing Voices Support – Every 2nd Friday 2-3.30pm
The group offers an opportunity for people to discuss how they can live with their hearing
voices experiences, in a way that gives them control over their lives.
Mums Connect – Currently not running
This group brings together Mums with pre-walking babies and is focused on maternal
Mindfulness Practice Group – 1st Friday of every month 2-3.30pm
Friendly, welcoming group for anyone interested in mindfulness as a practical technique
for living a calmer, more focused and positive life.
OCD Support – Once a month on a Wednesday 11-12.30pm
This group provides an opportunity to meet and share their experiences and understanding of OCD.
Men’s Group – Every 2nd Friday 2-3.30pm
The aim of the group is to show men they can share, support, and explore their personal
challenges confidentially in a non-judgmental way, encouraging men to be themselves.
Women’s Craft Group – Every 2nd Wednesday 2-4pm
This group helps women to explore their creativity, learn new skills and meet new people. No previous creative experience needed!
Depression Support – Once a month on a Wednesday 1.30-3pm
This group supports people to develop ways of coping with their depression through
shared experiences.
Bridge the Gap – Weekly on a Wednesday 10-12pm
This group supports people who would benefit a mixture of activity based sessions (such
as gardening, painting) and the traditional ‘tea and talk’ group.
