PATH is an ERDF-funded project which will enable women, families and healthcare professionals to prevent, diagnose and successfully manage mild and moderate perinatal mental health issues. VISIT PAGE


This ERDF project, known as PONToon (Partnership Opportunities using New Technologies fostering sOcial and ecOnomic inclusion), will target socially excluded women who are far removed from the labour market and who may face challenges such as single parenthood and mental health issues. VISIT PAGE


The aim of this project is to create a continuous professional development (CPD) training programme to improve competences of those (social workers, psychologists, therapists, trainers) working with vulnerable adults.  VISIT PAGE


The Community Champion Training Programme was a 30 month Erasmus+ funded partnership project that created an NVQ level 3 training programme to improve skills for third sector workers in helping those with disadvantaged backgrounds to develop self-efficacy, confidence and self-belief. VISIT PAGE


DSH: Positive Choices was a 2 year Erasmus+ funded project (2015-2017) that was coordinated by Plymouth and District Mind. The project  developed a comprehensive toolkit of resources and training materials that can be used with young people to enable them to become more emotionally resilient, confident, and self-aware.
