Training testimonials

  • I approached Devon Mind following the introduction of Mental Health First Aiders at Hospiscare to discuss the provision of some refresher/supplementary training. They were extremely accommodating, finding out exactly what our requirements were before putting together and delivering two 1-hour workshops that really met our needs. It was great working with Devon Mind and I look forward to further collaboration.

    — Hylda Stewart, HR Business Partner at Hospiscare

  • Devon Mind's training has literally opened the minds of our people leaders towards mental health, and as a result discussing mental wellbeing has become much more accessible for our associates.

    — Mel Fisher, Training & Development Leader at BD Plymouth

  • We have worked with Devon Mind since 2018, when we first introduced Mental Health First Aid into the business. We now have more than 10% of our workforce trained. This is important to us, as we are working hard to promote an open culture where there is no stigma around mental health. We want people to talk about their mental health in the same way that they would if they had a broken leg! We always find Devon Mind to be entirely professional and a pleasure to work with.

    — Lorraine Tonkin, HR Business Partner at The Eden Project

  • Devon Mind have provided mental health wellbeing sessions for us on multiple occasions now. A particular strength of these sessions is how adaptable they have been in their workshop facilitation based upon the group's needs. This has provided our students with a responsive session that allows for more consideration of challenges they face in their workplaces as managers. Devon Mind provides a high level of individual care and topic expertise. These sessions have also received excellent student feedback. Thanks again!
