Head Space

Head Space is based in Plymouth and offers an out-of-hours service for people who consider that they are approaching  a mental health crisis. The service aims to provide a non-clinical setting with a safe, calm and structured environment, where individuals can go to access peer support.

MindLine Trans+

A confidential  emotional, mental health support helpline for people who identify as Trans, Agender, Gender Fluid, Non-binary…

Open Mondays and Fridays, 8pm-midnight. Tel: 0300 330 5468, calls are taken by trans and non-binary volunteers. The service delivered by Bristol Mind and Mind in Taunton and West Somerset, but is a UK wide service.

Health Services

If you are already accessing mental health services, contact your care co-ordinator, or the out of hours/crisis team after office hours.

If you are not currently accessing mental health services, make an emergency GP appointment, or if after office hours, call the NHS number 111 to get the most appropriate out of hours support. If it is an emergency, go to A&E or ring 999.

Make an appointment to see your GP as soon as possible, to discuss your circumstances and your mental health needs.
