Do you want to ensure your workplace is mentally healthy?

There is increasing evidence to show that creating an open culture about mental health and wellbeing of staff makes business sense and increases productivity. A supportive culture around mental health, where people can ask for help where they need it without fear of ridicule or fear of redundancy can reduce sickness absence rates and reduce the problem of Presenteeism.

What courses would benefit your business?
