Introduction to Mental Health Awareness is a full-day/half-day course which covers the essentials of mental health awareness. This training is perfect for anyone who has never undertaken mental health training of any kind and wants to learn about the basics.

Through full group discussion, small group activities, videos, case studies and more, you will gain an understanding of common mental health problems, effects and treatments, as well as good practice in working with vulnerable people or those who may be suicidal.
