New partnership with the South West Coast Path Association!

We are really excited to announce that we are partnering with the South West Coast Path Association to offer five Wellbeing Walk & Talk taster sessions across the Plymouth area, as an extension of our Mindful Movement project.

These monthly sessions are being offered through the new Coast Path Connectors project that aims to help improve equity of access along the South West Coast Path by supporting local people in making the most of the amazing trail for their health and wellbeing, through a network of new volunteers. This offer is the first in our current development of wellbeing activities to complement our core services, help boost community connections, and support overall wellbeing.

Spending time in nature can benefit both mental and physical wellbeing; research has shown that it can improve mood, reduce stress, improve confidence and self-esteem, reduce loneliness, and help connect with your local community.

Starting later this month, we are offering monthly taster sessions that are designed for anyone looking to discover more of Plymouth’s coastline in the company of others. The first walk at Mount Edgecumbe is available to sign up now!
