Understanding Hoarding is a 2-hour course which takes an in-depth look at the mental health condition of hoarding, including definitions, causes, symptoms, implications, and good practice. This course is designed primarily for housing support agencies; it may also be of interest to any agency, or individual, that delivers community-based services.

  • Public dates for Understanding Hoarding are currently priced at ยฃ60 per person. However, if you are signing up a group of more than 4 people, please contact us for a bespoke quote and we will provide you with a competitive individual quote to match your requirements.

  • Yes, upon completion of the course you will receive a PDF certificate by email.

  • Anyone aged 16 years or over is welcome to attend Understanding Hoarding.

  • If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you may substitute, by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email (admin@devonmind.com), someone else from your organisation on one occasion.

    If you are unable to attend, and not in a position to substitute your place with another person, then the following cancellation charges will apply:

    • 16-12 weeks before the course: 25% of the fee

    • 12-8 weeks before the course: 50% of the fee

    • 8-2 weeks before the course: 75% of the fee

    • Less than 14 days before the course: 100% of the fee

    Please note: full payment is required for non-attendance on a booking that has been transferred.
