Get your colleagues involved in the fight for mental health
Become one of our corporate partners!
Corporate partnerships are a unique and greatly rewarding way to support Devon Mind, engaging your employees with the charity and helping us reach more people who might be able to benefit from our services.
Every relationship we have with a partner is different — every company is unique in its goals, values and approach, so it’s important we work closely together to find out how best to utilise one another’s services.
Why Devon Mind?
Mental health is right at the top of the national agenda. We know that lots of companies are interested in helping to improve and broaden the reach of mental health support services, which makes us the perfect choice.
Devon Mind is a charity on the grow, so we believe that we’re a perfect fit for any local organisation looking to contribute to the conversation around mental health. You can make a difference.
We’re dedicated to supporting our corporate partners as much as possible, so here’s what you’ll get when you sign up to work with us:
A named contact who you can contact directly
Coverage on our social media and in our newsletter
Plenty of merch and branded T-shirts for fundraising
Chances to meet staff, volunteers, and service users
Materials individually tailored to your specific needs
How can we work together?
There are so many ways that your company can support Devon Mind. Here are just a few ideas:
Some of our recent corporate partners
The Plymouth office of accountancy firm Bishop Fleming recently voted to support Devon Mind as its charity of the year for 2022. Right away, they kindly donated our service users tickets to Plymouth Argyle’s last league match of the 2021–22 season!
Estate agency Symonds & Sampson has been supporting its local Minds, including Devon Mind, since 2020. They recently announced that our partnership would continue throughout 2022, continuing to fundraise in various innovative ways.
Local builders’ merchant chain RGB Building Supplies supported Devon Mind, Cornwall Mind, and Mind in Somerset during the 2021–22 financial year. Highlights from the partnership included a charity golf day and the creation of a rather cheeky calendar!
During the summer and autumn months of 2021, all proceeds from the entry fee for Darts Farm’s popular maize maze attraction were donated to Devon Mind to help support mental health across Devon. This raised an incredible £4,000 for our work!
Exeter-based IT solutions company Nexus recently sent a team of four brave employees to complete 15,000-foot skydives in aid of Devon Mind. Although it was postponed, the team raised more than £3,000 using our own fundraising platform.
Cockington Court, a visitor attraction and creative innovation centre, chose Devon Mind for a special charity raffle as part of its summer open evening in July 2021, with each business at the centre donating a product to the winner-takes-all prize.
