Support for new parents

Are you a new mother, mum-to-be, or partner? It’s very common to have concerns or experience stress about the changes that happen with parenthood. If you would you like some emotional support around these hormonal and identity changes, our qualified practitioner Linda can provide you with one-to-one assistance and advice. Due to COVID-19, this is currently offered primarily via telephone, with Zoom appointments also available on request. Please fill out the application form below to enquire about this service.
