Cycle for Wellbeing

3 Weekly adapted bike sessions in Plymbridge Woods

Join us for a series of supported, adapted bike rides through the beautiful surroundings of Plymbridge Woods. The inclusive, leisurely rides take place on the National Cycle Network Route 27, providing a safe and enjoyable way to experience the outdoors, connect with others, and support your mental and physical wellbeing.

Using electric-assist ICE recumbent trikes, participants can enjoy a comfortable and accessible cycling experience. These all-ability cycles are designed to support a wide range of riders and make cycling more inclusive and enjoyable. You can check out the bikes in action here.

Each session lasts approximately two hours, with the pace and distance guided by the group. We'll take time to enjoy the scenery, stop for refreshments, and make the most of being outdoors together. The rides will be led and supported by a qualified ride leader and cycling coach.

These sessions are open to all abilities, and no previous cycling experience is needed. Whether you're new to adapted cycling or looking to build confidence and enjoy gentle physical activity in a supportive environment, you are welcome to join these sessions.
