Support services available over Christmas

Christmas and the new year can be a difficult time for many people. This year especially, we know it’s going to be tough. With COVID-19 affecting our ability to see loved ones, or just making it much harder to do the things we might normally do, the need for support could be greater than ever.

While Devon Mind will be closed for much of the Christmas period (click here for details), there are a range of services available for people who need support or assistance with their mental health during this time. We’ve pulled together a few options, in case you need to talk to someone this season.

If you or someone else is at risk of death or serious injury, call 999 immediately and ask for the police and/or ambulance.
