We’re excited to announce that we’ll be coming to Instagram Live for the first time next month! Join us for a live chat and Q&A with local mental health spokesperson and life coach Paul Thompson, talking all things mental health and mindfulness in the age of social isolation.

The live session will take place on Wednesday 17th March 2021 from 7pm and be co-hosted on each of our profiles — @minddevon and @paulthompsonofficial. Join live to submit your question for Paul. If you can’t make it, the whole stream will be saved on our profile afterwards.

We’re delighted to be working with Paul, who is an inspirational speaker with lived experience of mental health problems. In 2018, he launched the support group Males Allowed to help local men talk about their mental health. Sadly, the group closed last year at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, but Paul has continued to inspire his 32,000+ followers on Instagram and TikTok.

Speaking about the event, Devon Mind Marketing & Fundraising Officer André Pusey commented: “We’re super excited to venture into the world of Instagram Live streaming for the first time with Paul, who is well-versed in running sessions like these. With so many suffering poor mental health as a result of lockdowns over the last year, we’re sure that Paul’s inspirational and relatable style will make a lot of people feel less alone.”

If you have any questions or topics you’d like us to discuss on the live stream, drop us a line by emailing fundraise@devonmind.com!
