First2Protect staff chose Devon Mind as their Charity of the Year for 2022, with a group of colleagues committing to a 15,000 ft. skydive, one climbing Snowdon — the highest mountain in Wales — and extra collections taking place in the firm’s office throughout the year. Smashing their initial target of £5,000 by over double, the committed fundraisers have officially raised £10,604!

The team from First2Protect currently sit top of the fundraising leaderboards on our very own fundraising platform, with one of the biggest team fundraisers in Devon Mind’s history. A total of 18 staff members joined the online fundraising team, collaborating and supporting one another to make a huge impact to our ability to deliver more mental health support to people across Devon.

Devon Mind’s Marketing & Fundraising Manager Andre commented about First2Protect’s efforts:

We are all massively impressed by, and hugely thankful for, First2Protect’s fundraising during 2022. Their willingness to take on a group skydive challenge face on, as well as raising money in a variety of other ways with their colleagues, has been inspiring. We really hope that everyone enjoyed their fundraising, which will make a real difference to the lives of real people across Devon, and wish them all the best for their next charity partnership!
