Today, we are announcing the return of our face-to-face support groups. A staple service of our mental health Recovery College, support groups were postponed early last year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. But with restrictions easing, we are pleased to confirm that we are resuming select groups.

Starting from next week, we will be running the following five support groups at our office in Plymouth (8 Woodside, PL4 8QE):

  • Anxiety Support: running on the second Wednesday of every month from 1:30pm — next date 11th August 2021

  • Bipolar Support: running on the first and third Thursday of every month from 11:00am — next date 5th August 2021

  • Depression Support: running on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:30pm — next date 4th August 2021

  • Hearing Voices Support: running on the second Friday of every month from 1:30pm — next date 13th August 2021

  • Men’s Support: running on the first and third Friday of every month from 1:30pm — next date 6th August 2021

Due to social distancing guidelines, registration is required for attendance at all support groups. Please click on the link above for your chosen group and complete the signup form to register your interest. A member of our team will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm your attendance at the next date.

If you have any questions or concerns about our support groups or any other services, please feel free to contact us during office hours.
