2022 dates confirmed for peer support groups, plus new group added

With our current programme of peer support groups coming to a close this month, we are pleased to confirm the schedule for our groups throughout 2022, as well as adding a brand new group to help more people across Devon with their mental health.

All five of our groups – Anxiety Support, Bipolar Support, Depression Support, Hearing Voices Support and Men’s Support – will be continuing in their current rotations next year. Our new group, OCD Support, will run on the last Wednesday of every month.

OCD Support is designed for anyone living with or caring for someone living with OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), providing a safe space to share experiences, thoughts, feelings, questions, and challenges with other people living in similar situations.

Like all of our peer support groups, OCD Support will be facilitated by a member of our skilled Recovery College team.
