Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Open Day

The Devon Mental Health Alliance (DMHA) are hosting the first Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Open Day in Plymouth next month, and our team are delighted to be attending. Devon Mind is one of five proud partners of the DMHA, working alongside statutory partners, Devon Partnership NHS Trust, and Livewell Southwest, to design and deliver improved services across Devon to support people living with mental health challenges. Visit the drop-in on Thursday 13 November, to find out more about what local services are available to support your mental health and wellbeing.

Thursday 13 November 2025, 12 noon — 6pm

Central Hall Methodist Church, Eastlake Street, Plymouth PL1 1BA (map)

Over 40 mental health organisations and wellbeing groups will be attending the event, including the Plymouth Mental Health Collective, Livewell Southwest, and Improving Lives Plymouth. The open day event is available to all and anyone seeking guidance in finding the right support, or those working in the sector who would like to connect with other local mental health pathways, are welcome!

Mental Health Recovery Drop-ins across Devon!

The DMHA currently provides a host of regular drop-in spaces across Devon that offer an opportunity to connect with others, discover local support services, and occasionally learn new skills. Whether you are experiencing difficulties yourself, caring for someone who is, or simply seeking some support, you are welcome to join the drop-in nearest to you. These sessions are free to all adults, run in partnership with other organisations, and are designed and shaped by those attending. Check out the full list of spaces available below!

Please note: The drop-in spaces are not able to provide crisis support. If you feel that you are approaching a crisis, please contact the First Response Service by calling 111 and selecting the mental health option.
