What happens when you step into cold water each week?
In this short film, you’ll hear directly from those who took part in our 8-week cold-water swimming course at Bigbury-on-Sea, Devon. Through guided weekly immersion, they found more than just a physical challenge—they discovered a sense of calm, connection, and community, along with meaningful improvements to their mental wellbeing.
From those first cold-water dips to growing confidence and resilience, many describe the experience as “life-changing”—in their own words. It’s a powerful reminder of what can happen when you step outside your comfort zone and give yourself permission to prioritise self-care and wellbeing.
