Take Action for Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
Mental Health Awareness Week will be taking place from 11—17 May 2026, and the theme, as set by the Mental Health Foundation, is action to promote good mental health and prevent crises. This year, MHAW is all about taking action for better mental health, for yourself, someone else, and all of us. Even small actions can help us feel more hopeful and less alone. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together, we are even more powerful. Together, we can make sure no mind gets left behind.
We’re pleased to share that throughout the week, our team will be getting involved with our local community by attending various drop-in spaces and awareness stands to encourage action for better mental health for all. Check out the calendar below for more information about when and where you will be able to find our team. We are looking forward to connecting with as many people as possible throughout the week.
