Just launched: New courses, workshops and wellbeing activities

We’ve recently added several new dates for our courses, workshops, and wellbeing activities to our autumn service offer that are designed to help support you in taking a step towards better mental health. Our programme of activities aims to provide exposure to the elements of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and promote overall positive mental and physical wellbeing. Our psychoeducational courses and workshops are designed to support you in developing positive lifestyles and choices. We are proud to be collaborating with other local organisations on some of our activities and are grateful for their partnership and support.

Check out the list of new dates below. Please click on the button of the activity in which you’re interested, where you can find out more information and details about how you can get involved.
