We’ve just added a host of new dates for our courses, workshops and wellbeing activities, all starting in early 2026. Our services are designed to support you towards better mental health and wellbeing, and the dates below are all available to sign up now.

Mindful Plodders

12-week Couch to 5K programme

  • Tuesday 13 January — 31 March 2026

  • 6pm — 7pm, Central Park, Plymouth

  • £20 per person *includes a Devon Mind running top

The weekly sessions aim to provide a supportive environment, one that is friendly and inclusive, to help you work towards your goals. Whether your aim is to reduce stress, improve your mood, run a 5K, or meet new people.

Understanding Emotions with a Focus on Anger

3-week course

  • Monday 26 January — 9 February 2026

  • 10am — 12 noon, Plymouth Central Library

  • £5 per person

The course aims to explore and provide general awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and introduces tools and techniques that can help support people to cope and express themselves more effectively.

Workshop

A short workshop providing an opportunity to understand stress a little more and develop strategies that can help us manage our stress and feel a little more in control.

Mindful Movement

8-week yoga course

  • Tuesday 20 January — 10 March 2026

  • 10:15am — 11:45am, Plympton Library

  • £20 per person

Join us for a weekly moment to press pause and come back to yourself. The course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen your breath, and create weekly space for calm and self-care.

Calm Your Mind: Understanding Anxiety

Online workshop

  • Wednesday 4 February 2026

  • 12:30pm — 3:00pm, Online

  • £5 per person

The workshop aims to increase understanding and provide some basic guidance on learning simple techniques to manage anxiety, and will provide attendees with the opportunity to discuss and share what works for them.

Monthly walking group for anyone impacted by perimenopause or menopause. The group aims to increase confidence and awareness of the benefits of being physically active during and post perimenopause, as well as building peer support, having fun, and reducing the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
